Mr. Ballard has been selling, acquiring and managing millions of dollars of real estate in Southern California for over 25 years. He has experience in residential single family homes and multifamily properties and has closed over 400 transactions in his career, including over $100M in sales the last two years. With his own personal portfolio of income generating real estate, Mr. Ballard brings an “owners perspective” to every deal he undertakes. Mr. Ballard earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, while also working in the public relations and marketing division of the athletic program. Upon graduating in 1999 with a degree in English and a minor in Business Management, he earned his real estate broker’s license and began work in the real estate and property management field. Brent also has a master’s degree in Business Education. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, volunteering at his church, coaching lacrosse at Crescenta Valley High School, and playing golf.

Presently, Grady is fully immersed in his role at Anderson Ballard Companies, dedicating his time and expertise to the thriving property management sector. Having grown up in the La Crescenta area, he possesses a profound connection to the community, fostering a deep sense of understanding and engagement. Grady's roots in the community trace back to his formative years at Crescenta Valley High School, where his father serves as an esteemed teacher and coach.
